As a Software Engineer (Middle+) at Kiz8, you will design and implement core components of AI-driven systems that power real-time decision-making, intelligent automation, and scalable product architectures.
You'll work in close collaboration with our AI engineers, data scientists, and DevOps team to create high-performance, production-grade systems — from backend services to intelligent integrations.

Qualifications
- > 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- > Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern backend frameworks (Hono, Express, NestJS, etc.).
- > Experience integrating external APIs, working with queues, or building event-driven systems.
- > Familiarity with at least one additional backend language (Python or Go preferred).
- > Solid understanding of databases, schema design, and query optimization.
- > Practical experience with Docker-based workflows and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- > Understanding of testing principles (unit/integration tests) and version control (Git).
- > Excellent communication skills and comfort in async, distributed work setups.

Preferred Qualifications
- > Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive systems.
- > Worked with RAG, agent-based architectures, or LLM applications.
- > Pet projects or public repos demonstrating your engineering style.
- > Contributions to open-source or AI/DevTools communities.
